2. MACHINE DESCRIPTION  

   1) It? using a roll type label and is not using cutted label.

   2) The label loaded on the Roll stand is tensioned at through the guide rail to the roller by feed roller which can be automatically worked from formatted menu.

   3) the notch(I-mark) detector sensing a I-mark(notch) at the label on passing a feed

       roller.

   4) after detected a I-mark(notch) position, the correct cutting position of the label is pointed to adjusts the speed of feeding roller by aligner.

   5) Label passed feeding roller are go in to the cutting parts and cutted by knifes

       and move vacuum drum..

   6) at the sensor detecting a label on the drum with rotating Vacuum drum,  the melt roller is approaching and  the glue is distributed on the label ends

   7) the label after distributed glue sticks to the container which infeeded by conveyor and arranged by timing screw with optimum interval at the roll on pad part. This is 1^st labeling and do complete labeling along with  the side belt continuously.

   7) We adopted the Full Color Sensor system for the notch(I-Mark) Sensor and can and possible using all kind of material label.

   8) as a Knife which using special material(as compound metal) are to guarantee a long life of the knife and Inching function provides easy and simple adjustment, delicate operation at the changing knife and easy & quick control for the interval of each knives.

   9) the Vacuum Manifold which is under the Drum and Cutter parts, adopt special material(a compound metal steel) which are highly heat-resistant, resistant-abrasion, provides and guarantee for a long time using and long life with no more oiling.

  10) the Glue Supply System is made by heat-resistant bearing, for long time repeated melt(glue) paste on the Label for a constant and very thin glue layer that have no heat-variation by Heater.

  11) The Glue Drum adopted  indirect heating system, have no hot melt carburetion

       on the space of Drum.

  12) Rotary Cutter are working and cutting label with smooth for at all kind of speed and the space parts of roller are minimized a static electricity in Label as   special treatment process and coating.

  13) Moving parts are driven(consist) by gears in heat treatment steel and contributes to a considerable reduction of noise at the high speed operation and exact working.
