2. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
1) It? using a roll type label and is not using cutted label.
2) The label loaded on the Roll stand is tensioned at through the guide rail to the roller by feed roller which can be automatically worked from formatted menu.
3) the notch(I-mark) detector sensing a I-mark(notch) at the label on passing a feed
roller.
4) after detected a I-mark(notch) position, the correct cutting position of the label is pointed to adjusts the speed of feeding roller by aligner.
5) Label passed feeding roller are go in to the cutting parts and cutted by knifes
and move vacuum drum..
6) at the sensor detecting a label on the drum with rotating Vacuum drum, the melt roller is approaching and the glue is distributed on the label ends
7) the label after distributed glue sticks to the container which infeeded by conveyor and arranged by timing screw with optimum interval at the roll on pad part. This is 1st labeling and do complete labeling along with the side belt continuously.
